[:ro]Povestea lui Syl începe acum câțiva ani, în orașul său natal, Sibiu. Încă de la început, s-a implicat activ în lumea muzicală, organizând un număr mare de evenimente undeground. Ultimii doi ani au reprezentat pentru el o rampă de lansare la nivelul întregii țări, Syl făcând parte, în prezent, din mai multe proiecte muzicale în care sunt implicați o varietate de artiști apreciați ai muzicii electronice underground de la noi.
În cei aproape 6 ani de activitate, Syl a avut ocazia să împartă pupitrul cu artiști ca: Apex Rise [NL], Șuie Paparude, Subcarpați, DJ K-Lu, Gojira & Planet H, Bass Turbat, DJ Snow, Astronaut Kru, DJ ShiveR, MadLiquid, DJ Sauce, Dex și mulți alții.
Set-urile sale nu se ghidează după un anumit gen. Mereu atent la melodiile selecționate, firul roșu al mixurilor sale e reprezentat de vibe-ul distracției și bass-line-urile provocatoare.
[:en]Syl started playing music a couple of years ago, in his hometown, Sibiu. Since that moment he hosted a large number of parties with guests from different Romanian cities and has also played music in Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Iasi, Brasov, Alba Iulia and a few others. Besides these things, DJ Syl also performed on the stage of a variety of Transylvanian festivals, like: Electric Castle Festival (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016),
Music Outdoor Experience (2014, 2015, 2016), Transylvaliens Festival (2014, 2015, 2016), Solar Seeds in Transylvania (2015, 2016), Airfield festival (2014), Snow Ride (2015) or Play For May (2014).
During his career, he shared the stage with artists like: Apex Rise [NL], Suie paparude, Subcarpati, DJ K-Lu, Gojira & Planet H, Bass Turbat, DJ Snow, Astronaut Kru, DJ ShiveR, MadLiquid, DJ Sauce or Dex, just to name a few.
Syl’s sets don't belong to any typical music genre because they have many influences. Still, they are mainly based on broken or 4x4 underground beats, seasoned with freshness meant to make the whole audience vibrate. In the last couple of months, Syl’s passion for Trap music and his meticulously crafted sets brought him in the attention of several Romanian promoters.
